Made in the 1920's this is rare cabinet Radiola. Open the top to reveal an RCA record player. The radio is hidden in the front center section & records were to be stored in the two tall and narrow side cabinets. The solid oak cabinet has elegant carved detail across the front. The side features decorative panels. The record player has an interesting record changer which we cannot figure out. Both the radio and record player "spit and hum", but we couldn't get the unit working. It probably needs a good cleaning. Overall the cabinet is in good condition with only a few minor dings and wear. However the lid to the record player has received some water damage which has caused it to delaminate in one corner. The cabinet is a beautiful antique piece of furniture. Inside the radio and speaker have more fascinating wood work. Overall this looks to be a great opportunity to have a rare piece of furniture as well as a fascinating project.
