Charming antique fishing creel made of woven wicker with leather strap and trim. There is a leather pocket in front with a strap and buckle closure and the top of the kreel opens up to store your catch in! Some of the leather is cracked and worn and the buckle that fastens the lid is detached and included. Otherwise kreel is sturdy and in good antique condition, the leather strap is in great shape. It measures 16" x 8" x 9" deep. Looks like something Tom Sawyer would have slung across his chest with a bamboo pole in one hand on the way to the river!
