Looks to be a home made table or media stand. It has drop down door on the front with a shelf that looks like it should slide out. There is a small hole cut out in the back possible for cords. It is on wheels so it rolls around easily. It would be great for a shop to put a large tool on. It is 41.5" x 28.5" x 24.5".
