Unique, solid brass trivet from 1953. This trivet features two lions and a unicorn and reads "Diev Droit et Mon" which in English translates to God and my right, which is the motto of the Monarch of the U.K. outside Scotland. On the back it is stamped CW 10-17 Kings Arms Trivet Va. Metal Crafters Copyright 1953. It measures 5.75" in diameter and is in good vintage condition.
