Very nice set of harness hames. We have had a few hames in the past few auctions, but this set seems to be nicer. They are attached at the top with a part of the original leather harness fittings, The bottom has been tied together with leather. The wood is in overall good antique condition with age appropriate distress. The metal portion on one side is very good. On the other side, we would rate it fair as there is rust. Just a little clean up and you have a great decorative set of hames. They make a great archway to hang things (quilts, artwork, rustic decor etc.) under on the wall
