Relax in comfort. The frame is in excellent condition. It is 73" l x 24" w x 13" h. It has 3 different positions. The cushions are covered in vinyl. The lower cushion is 21" w x 39" l a 4" h. It does have a tear in it, but could be recovered or fixed. The top cushion is 21" w x 24" l a 4" h. and in good condition. This could even be used as a spare bed for extra company. Overall in really good condition.
