Imagine this pretty heavy metal flower cart filled with colorful early Spring Primroses! This sturdy cart can roll along on the wheels it is constructed of 1/4" steel round steel and steel strapping. It measures 26" x 14" x 32" tall including the handle. The pretty cart is finished in a faux verdigris enamel and is in excellent condition.
