This antique side board has good bones and absolutely lovely details. It is solid wood with a wood veneer top. It has a pretty carved back splash, shallow silverware/linen drawer with dovetail joinery that runs the length of the piece with wood drawer pulls, a two door cupboard, elegantly turned legs and beautifully carved details including a graceful cross support at the bottom. The veneer on top has become warped and there is a piece missing from the front left corner. One of the cupboard doors will need to be repaired and there is appropriate wear to the outside finish for an item of its age. It needs a little aesthetic TLC but its bones are good and it is still very sturdy. This is a great fall project and the beauty and quality of this sideboard are deserving of a little restorative love! The sticker on the back reads Sterling Quality and it measures 41.5" x 19.5" x 37.25" tall.
