This lot has a large print titled " Edge of the Village" by Roy Kerswill and it is signed by the artist. In the frame it is 37" x 25". The frame has a couple cracks in the plastic . There is a framed watercolor painting that has minor damage around the edge of the frame and some water marks on the side of the painting. Measures 19" x 25". There is also a Mathew Brady portfolio of eminent Americans which include Abraham Lincoln, General Robert E. Lee and Clara Barton just to name a few.
