MAY DAY AUCTION -- MAIN (PINK) BLDG!
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 5/5/2016
You may have noticed this steamboat on display at the auction. Here's your chance to take it home! The Robert E. Lee Mississippi Steamboat is a highly detailed, vintage model of the original steamboat famous for beating the then fastest steamboat, the Natchez, in 1870. It is made primarily of wood and measures 21" x 7" x 11.5" tall. Complete with barrels and life boats on deck, anchors and more. It has a built in stand with a plaque that reads Robt. E. Lee Mississippi Steamboat and was made in Spain. This old girl is a little dusty and her name is wearing off from the side. Otherwise she is in good vintage condition and a great display piece to give your space a touch of the old South.
