A classically beautiful, rare sewing machine inside an equally beautiful cabinet! The cabinet is all wood with elegant Queen Ann style legs and a lovely contrasting wood design on its front. It has two doors with delicate floral pulls that open to reveal storage as well as knee pedal. Inside is a classic Montgomery & Ward, Damascus, Grand Rotary sewing machine, serial number B407302, pat. date Oct. 5, 1920, with art deco gold decal detail that is in very good condition. This machine appears to be in good condition with parts moving smoothly. The machines power cord also looks good. The cabinet measures 23" x 17.25" x 30.5" tall and aside from some minor scratches here and there is in very good, clean and sturdy vintage condition. It has a sticker that reads Good House Keeping Institute serial # 2923 on the inside of one door. A fabulous piece for the expert seamstress or one who appreciates classic, well made furniture.
